At Known Nutrition UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
